These terms apply when a shop creates or uses a ParcelDeck account.
ParcelDeck provides tools for recording incoming parcels, pickups, returns, courier and location settings, CSV import and export, and operational history. Shops remain responsible for their physical parcels and courier obligations.
Account information must be accurate. Shop managers are responsible for staff access and for keeping passwords private. Accounts must not be shared outside the authorised shop team.
New shops may receive a 14-day trial. Continued access may require a paid subscription. When a trial or subscription ends, access can be restricted while shop data remains preserved for possible reactivation or deletion.
ParcelDeck may not be used for unlawful activity, unauthorised access, automated abuse, spam, or attempts to disrupt other shop workspaces. ParcelDeck may suspend accounts that create security or operational risk.
Shop managers should periodically download the available shop backup. ParcelDeck takes reasonable steps to operate reliably, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted availability or protection from every possible failure.
Subscription cancellation is handled through the configured payment process. Account and complete shop-workspace deletion options are available in Settings. Workspace deletion is permanent.
ParcelDeck is a workflow aid and does not replace courier contracts, customer-identification procedures, insurance, legal obligations or physical parcel controls. To the extent permitted by law, ParcelDeck is not responsible for indirect losses caused by incorrect shop entries or use outside the intended workflow.
Questions can be sent through the contact form.
These are practical beta terms and should be completed with the final business identity, address, pricing, refund policy and legal review before a large commercial launch.
