Does ParcelDeck work with multiple couriers?
Yes. Organize parcels from the couriers your shop handles in one workspace. These are records registered in ParcelDeck; this does not imply a direct carrier integration.
Do I need special hardware?
ParcelDeck runs in a web browser on desktop and mobile. Existing courier devices remain part of your courier workflows.
Can I import my existing Excel parcel list?
Yes. Save your spreadsheet as a CSV file and follow the required format on the import page. You do not need to enter every existing parcel again.
Can I export my data?
Yes. ParcelDeck supports CSV export, compatible with Excel and other spreadsheet software.
Can several staff members use ParcelDeck?
Yes. Staff accounts can access the same shop workspace from multiple devices. Managers control team access, and guided onboarding helps staff get started.
Which plans include a trial?
Lite and Core have no trial. Eligible new customers can try Plus for 5 days or PRO for 7 days through Paddle. Upgrades do not start another trial.
What happens when a parcel reaches its return date?
ParcelDeck identifies parcels that reach their configured retention period for the Ready for Return workflow. Your shop can configure a default period and custom periods by courier.
